At NayaJaisa, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer PAN India warranty to protect our customers from any kind of defects.
Free on-call technical support for renewed PCs even after the warranty period. Our commitment to customer satisfaction doesn't end with the warranty period, and we're always here to help you with any technical issues or concerns you may have.

Warranty timeframe
All PCs sold by NayaJaisa come with a 6 (six) monthswarranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects that occur during normal use of the product. Accessories and other general or generic products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the product description.

Warranty coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product fails due to any defect, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you. In such case, our team will contact the customer to ascertain details of the damage or the missing parts/accessories before issuing the replacement. The decision to repair or replace the product will be at our discretion.


Warranty limitations
This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, liquid damage, misuse, or any other cause not related to a manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Making a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@nayajaisa.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We shall also share the warranty card along with the shipment which consist of technical support direct contact number. 
We may request that you send us the product for evaluation. If we determine that the product is defective and covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.
