Return and refund policy

At Nayajaisa, we value your trust and strive to deliver the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Most orders are processed within 24 hours.
To cancel your order, login at Nayajaisa.com with your registered mobile number and click on 'Cancel'. Alternatively, you may contact us at support@nayajaisa.com.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, gifts, or freebies (if any).
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Products with a tampered or broken warranty seal.
- Products damaged due to power surges or misuse.
- Products that have been used, opened, or have missing parts.
Refund Process
- Before shipment cancellation: Refunds are processed within 24 business hours.
- After shipment / return received: Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after inspection at our warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer within 3–4 business days once details are shared.
Refunds will always be made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Reverse Shipping
- If the product delivered is defective or incorrect, Nayajaisa will bear the reverse shipping cost and issue a full refund.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. unavailable during the time of delivery), the customer must bear the return shipping cost. The refund will exclude the original shipping charges.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please email us immediately at support@nayajaisa.com.
- We will try to update it if the order has not yet shipped.
- Once dispatched, we cannot change the address. Nayajaisa will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
