Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders made before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day, or within 24 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Courier will be delivered through our delivery partners; however, it may change in case of any gap from the courier service provider.

Delivery is free for orders above ₹499.

 

Delivery timelines range from 2 to 12 business days, depending on your delivery location:

• Tier-1 cities & Metro regions: 3–5 business days
• Other regions (except North-East): 4–7 business days
• North-East region & Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 6–12 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
