Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated 12 March 2023


If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

You can cancel your orders prior to delivery; however, orders for shipments already in route cannot be cancelled. We typically ship out all purchases within 24 hours.

To cancel your order, login at NayaJaisa.com with the mobile number used to place the order and click on 'Cancel' against the order you wish to cancel. Alternatively you can contact us on support@nayajaisa.com to inquire about the progress of your order.


Return & Refund

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The goods must be in unused condition, with all original packaging and tags, gifts, freebies if any


The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Warranty seal is tampered or broken
  • Damages caused by power surges & spikes
  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • The goods has been opened, used, damaged or has missing parts or accessories


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.


Method of Refund

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund within 3-4 business days after the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer (only) against the details shared by you and this will take 3-4 business days.


Reverse Shipping

In an unlikely event of the product delivered being defective or being different from what was ordered, the return request must be raised within the applicable return window. As such, we would like to let you know that NayaJaisa will be covering the reverse shipping cost. We will issue a refund to your original payment method.

In case of returns due to customer's change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered, the customer will be responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping. We will issue a refund to your original payment method excluding the shipping cost.
