At NayaJaisa, we stand behind the quality of our renewed electronics. We provide a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind against functional defects.
1. Warranty Period

Refurbished PCs & Laptops: All units sold by NayaJaisa include a 12-month (1-year) limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Accessories: Generic accessories or third-party products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty as specified in the product description.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

Assessment-Based Resolution: Following a technical assessment of the issue, NayaJaisa will either repair or replace the defective hardware at no charge to the customer.

Shipping Costs: For all approved warranty claims, NayaJaisa covers the cost of return shipping back to the customer.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Physical damage (drops, cracks), liquid damage, or misuse.

Software issues, virus infections, or unauthorized OS modifications.

Damage from unauthorized repairs or tampering with warranty seals.

Normal battery degradation or cosmetic wear and tear.

Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
4. How to Claim Warranty

Contact Us: Email support@nayajaisa.com with your Order ID.

Technical Support: Our team will provide initial troubleshooting via phone (refer to the contact number on your physical Warranty Card).

Service Process: If the issue persists, we will provide instructions for shipping the unit to our central manufacturing unit in NaviMumbai.

Turnaround Time: We aim to complete repairs or authorise replacements within 7–10 business days of receiving the device.
5. Post-Warranty Guidance
Even after your 12-month warranty expires, NayaJaisa remains committed to your experience. We provide Free technical guidance via email/call for the operational life of the product to help you resolve minor configuration issues.
