1. Shipping Coverage Currently, Nayajaisa ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier-related issues outside of our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages and Issues While we pack our devices securely, transit damage can occasionally happen. If you receive a damaged product or your package is lost, please reach out to support@nayajaisa.com within 48 hours of delivery. We are here to help! We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you get a working device or a refund. Please keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage to help us speed up the process.
